The enquiry composer

The enquiry tool prepares a brief in your browser for you to review. It does not submit the form to Zapphire or store its contents in a website database. The information remains in the current page while you use the tool. Copying or downloading the brief uses your browser’s clipboard or file download features.

Choosing “Open email app” passes the draft to your configured email application. You choose whether to send it. Your browser, device and email provider handle that action according to their own settings and policies.

The project planner

The planner uses your selections to prepare a conversation brief in your browser. If you continue to the enquiry page, these selections are saved in session storage for this browser tab so that the next page can include them. They contain project context and checklist choices, not contact details. “Start again” clears the saved plan. The planner does not submit information to Zapphire.

Information you email

Information you choose to email to Zapphire International Private Limited, such as your name, email address, organisation and project requirements, is used to respond to your enquiry and continue the relevant business conversation. Share sensitive documents only after discussing appropriate handling.

Website and hosting services

Zapphire has not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies to this website. The hosting platform may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Access controls, where enabled by the site owner, may involve authentication provided by that platform.

Downloads and external links

The company profile and brief template are available without completing an enquiry. External links, including LinkedIn, lead to services with their own privacy practices.
